Plates of ablocage by aspiration HORL

KOPAL propose 3 type of plates of ablocage:

• Plates of milling
  • For operations of machining of the types:
    surfacing, by-passing, milling of pocket, etc.
• Plates of small machining (engraving)
  • For operations of weak machining of types: engraving, small milling, etc.
• Plates of correction
  • For operations of correction of nonmagnetic parts.

  Pumps of aspiration from 3 to 16 m ³ /hour

Multicontact fastening

Allows the fastening and the rest of complex or sinuous pipe fittings (foundry or forgings).
Five independent fingers connected hydraulically enclose the profile of the part, whether it is tilted, concave or convex.
Three different powers: 5000, 15000 and 30000 Newton.

Distributors of power for vices

Allow a simultaneous tightening several parts of unequal coasts or forms various in the same vice. Pistons distributed over all the width of the bit transmit the totality of the gripping force of the vice. Adaptable in a few seconds on all the types of machine vices.
